Pasta Cooking Class: July 11th 6:00-8:00 PM

At Metacom making pasta is part of our daily routine: rolling gnocchi by hand, folding and cutting agnolotti and pressing sheets of dough through a chiatarra is a labor of love that yields great results for our guests.  In this class we will learn how to make basic egg based pasta doughs, potato gnocchi and the folded ravioli, agnolotti.  We will also make and taste different kinds of sauces that will celebrate the summer produce that will be available to us.

Ricotta and Basil Agnolotti with Yellow Tomato Broth and Green Onions

Fresh Spaghetti with Local Mushrooms, Rosemary and Creme Fraiche

Spinach & Potato Gnocchi with Tomato Browned Butter and Grana Padano
