May 9th Cooking Class: Sous Vide!

6:00-8:00 PM $55.00 per person

Cooking with immersion circulators has been commonplace in restaurant kitchens for several years but only recently has it become more frequently used by enthusiastic home cooks.  In this class we will be cooking with temperature controlled waterbaths to create dishes that would be unachievable without this relatively new technology.
